Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Fence Installation Driver in the United States for temporary fencing installation, removal, and repair. You will deliver, install, and service fencing while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of truck driving experience; CDL is preferred. Responsibility includes inspections, coordination with dispatch, and occasional forklift operation in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
1 year of truck driving experience; CDL preferred.
2 years fencing/construction experience preferred.
Safety-focused with knowledge of safe driving procedures.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate fencing truck safely daily and load/unload materials.
Set up, install, repair, and remove temporary fencing to customer specifications.
Inspect vehicles and tools before use; maintain safety standards.
Coordinate with Fence Installation Associate and review project requirements.
Provide customer service and maintain communication with dispatch.
