Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1 year of truck driving experience; CDL preferred; DOT medical card required.
• 2 years fencing/construction experience preferred.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of safe driving procedures.
• Ability to read utility markings and underground safety requirements.
• Forklift operation (training provided).
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to mount/dismount trucks multiple times daily.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds (45+ with assistance).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions; some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate a fencing truck daily and ensure load securement.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and tools.
• Inspect tools for safe operation before use.
• Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary equipment/materials for installations.
• Meet with customers to review projects prior to installation and follow up as needed.
• Prepare customer job sites for fence installation.
• Set fence poles, install fence, and pull fence per specifications.
• Coordinate the work of the Fence Installation Associate and inspect progress.
• Train Fence Installation Associate on safety and proper techniques.
• Repair temporary fencing units at job sites as requested by customer.
• Provide onsite moves and pick-up/delivery of fencing.
• May operate forklift for loading/unloading at job sites or company property.
• Assist with other Reliable OnSite Services rental equipment offerings.
