Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years old minimum.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming and meals.
• Provide personal assistance according to each individual's care plan.
• Support clients during community outings and social activities.
• Provide companionship and positive emotional support.
• Support communication and participation in daily activities.
