Job summary

Arkansas Juvenile Detention Association seeks a Felony Case Manager in Bentonville, AR to manage the felony defendant case database and process court dockets for multiple divisions. Qualifications

• Five or more years of computer and legal experience.
• Partial college and/or advanced computer courses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain felony defendant case database and process court dockets.
• Collaborate with Judges' Office, Circuit Clerk, Jail and Probation to ensure dockets are complete.
• Provide forms and support to DPAs in court and communicate issues.
• Process new case files and enter information into Justware; average 2,500 new cases per year.
• Post court information, close and reopen cases, and scan documents into cases.
• Prepare drug court orders for Division III.
• Set cite dates and schedules; notify police, CENCOM, and judges.
• Coordinate with U.S. Marshals and Department of Corrections.
