Benton County Talks Trash Work Group in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Felony Case Manager to maintain the Prosecuting Attorney’s Felony Defendant Case database and support court dockets across Division I–III.

The role focuses on confidential data entry in Justware, coordinating with Judges Office, Circuit Clerk, Jail and Probation, processing new and existing case files, and helping schedule dates.

Formación

• Five or more years of computer experience; legal experience would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Felony Defendant Case database and process court dockets for Division I–III Courts.
• Coordinate with Judges Office, Circuit Clerk, Jail and Probation to ensure dockets are complete and available to offices.
• Live entry in court and provide forms/support to DPAs in court; communicate with the Office about issues.
• Process new case files; enter information into Justware; work with Circuit Clerk’s Office to assign case numbers.
• Enter and post court orders/dates; prepare Drug Court orders for Division III.
• Set cite dates/schedules and notify police departments, CENCOM, and Judges with updates.
• Work with U.S. Marshals and Department of Corrections.
• Copy and file release information from Benton County Jail into Justware.
