Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education policy, advocacy, coalition building, educator leadership, community organizing, or a related field.
• Experience conducting research, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead educator leadership programming, including the Policy Fellowship.
• Coach and develop teacher leaders through individualized support.
• Conduct and synthesize policy research and best practices.
