Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field with two years' experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel) essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fellowship programs and administer schedules.
• Maintain ACGME Accreditation and GME requirements.
• Manage ERAS database and NRMP submission during recruitment season.
