Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.
• Non-profit program coordination is a plus.
• Knowledge of social/behavioral science research methods & program evaluation is helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative activities of the Clinical Fellowship Education Program.
• Monitor program guidelines to ensure compliance with ACGME and regulations; align with organizational mission.
• Evaluate program outcomes and ensure culturally appropriate continuum of services for trainees.
• Maintain data systems; compile quantitative and qualitative data daily, weekly and monthly.
• Schedule rotations, conferences, travel, speakers; manage stipends and room/AV arrangements.
