Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Feedway Operator at our Franklin, WI site. This role ensures smooth product flow through Fastback systems with a focus on food safety, quality, and operational performance.

You will help prevent cross‑contamination and support continuous improvement initiatives across packaging and processing teams. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

1+ year of production experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
Ability to work safely and follow food safety, quality, and company policies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify equipment issues.
Good communication and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

Manage flow of product through Fastback conveying systems for efficient line operation.
Communicate with Processing and Packaging teams about capacity, line speed, and non-conforming product.
Prevent cross-contamination by ensuring protective covers and barriers are properly installed.
Monitor product backups and ensure quality product moves to weighing and packaging equipment.
Perform moisture testing and other quality checks as required.
Report equipment issues to Leads, Supervisors, or Maintenance team.
Complete required documentation and changeover checklists as needed.
