Oaklin Lane is hiring a Feeding Therapist to join our DFW clinic in a full-time role with a four-day week. You will carry a full caseload of kids, conduct comprehensive feeding evaluations, and provide 30-minute feeding therapy sessions geared to oral-motor, swallowing safety, and sensory feeding challenges.

You will build individualized feeding plans, document in our EMR, and coordinate care with SLP, OT, and PT in a collaborative, kid-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
• VitalStim certification, or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire.
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric feeding therapy — evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week.
• Complete comprehensive feeding and swallowing evaluations and share findings with families in plain language.
• Provide one-on-one 30-minute feeding therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence.
• Build individualized feeding plans for each kid — oral-motor skills, swallowing safety, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime success.
• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care.

A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide.**A four-day clinic week.** Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions.
