Job summary

Oaklin Lane is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic. You will deliver one-on-one sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP, implement treatment plans, and create engaging therapy materials.

We provide mentorship, dedicated supervision, and ongoing training in sensory integration. This role offers a four-day work week, full-time schedule, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills while supporting children to communicate with

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Current SLPA license/certification in good standing in your state of practice.
• Solid understanding of typical and disordered communication development in children.
• Experience with or strong interest in working with the pediatric population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Prepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Oaklin Lane is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our neighborhood clinic — a clinician eager to grow their craft alongside a supervising SLP who actually has time to mentor.

All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.

What to expect

Schedule:

Full-time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekends
