Novolex is seeking a Feeder Packer at Burrows Packaging in Mt. Vernon, OH. The role involves preparing materials for processing, feeding machines, inspecting products for quality and packing for shipment. It is a fast-paced position requiring accuracy and efficiency.

Shifts are Days (7:00am-7:00pm) or Nights (7:00pm-7:00am) with a 2-2-3 schedule. Starting pay is $21.24/hour with a $0.75/hour shift differential, and overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
• Identify and communicate product quality deviations; assist with resolution.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Read & understand Production Orders.
• Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
