Job summary

Mercor is seeking a User/Customer Research and Feedback Synthesis Evaluator for remote work. The role focuses on evaluating AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics and delivering structured feedback to improve model performance.

You will work independently, with English fluency and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Slides). Requires 5+ years of related experience and preferably a Master’s or higher.
