Mercor is seeking an English AI Safety Specialist for a fully remote contract role. You will review short English-language conversations to evaluate AI responses and apply labels according to project guidelines, delivering structured feedback to improve model performance.

Work independently across assigned batches to meet deadlines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines in AI-generated content. Prior annotation experience is preferred, and the role offers flexible hours with compensation
