Job summary

New Vision is seeking a production teammate to assist in basic feed production, including pellets, crumbs, and meal products manufactured for bags, totes, or bulk delivery. You will help prepare custom nutritional feeds and support advanced production technicians as needed.

Responsibilities include operating the control panel, weighing ingredients to match schedules, monitoring stock, assisting with routine maintenance, keeping accurate records, and ensuring a clean, safe facility in compliance

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in heights and dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the control panel and feed load out.
• Weigh and hand add ingredients to match the mixing schedule.
• Monitor ingredient inventory in micro bin system.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Comply with regulatory and company policies and perform accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist team members in other areas as needed.
