Job summary

New Vision Co-op in Worthington, MN is seeking a Production Worker to assist in basic feed production tasks, including pellets, crumbs, and meal products for custom bags and bulk delivery.

You will operate the control panel, weigh ingredients, monitor inventory, and assist with routine maintenance while following safety policies and maintaining clean facilities.

• Assist with routine machine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
• Comply with regulatory and company policies and perform accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist team members in other areas as needed.

This position performs basic feed production tasks and assists advanced production technicians including help produce custom nutritional feed products. Duties consist of making pellets, crumbs, and meal products that are put in custom bags, totes, or made for bulk feed delivery
