Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years related work experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and Commercial Driver’s License.
• Hazmat & Tanker endorsements and Mixer Loader Pesticide Certification preferred.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and handle all feeds, ensuring proper sequencing for correct feeds.
• Assist with inventory and records of all feeds.
• Protect products from damage and maintain inventory paperwork for deliveries.
• Complete physical inventories as required and monitor seasonal/daily inventory needs.
• Maintain batch records for quality manufacturing program and medicated feed additives as required by law.
• Inform Branch Manager of major repairs and recommend fixed asset purchases.
• Maintain location housekeeping and ensure safe use of tools and PPE.
• Deliver products to customers and schedule major equipment repairs.
