Job summary

TalentMovers is seeking a Feed Plant Production Team Member in Waynesfield, Ohio. This Temp-to-hire role handles bagging, loading, and quality checks for feed products in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include operating bagging equipment, loading deliveries, monitoring quality, and maintaining accurate production records. The position requires physical stamina, basic math, and flexibility for second or third shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs on a consecutive basis.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Available for second or third shift, overtime, and weekends.
• Previous forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Production or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bagging system to inspect, label, bag, and stack feed products.
• Load bagged feed onto delivery trucks and customer vehicles.
• Inspect and monitor feed quality, weight, and packaging.
• Operate tow motors, pallet jacks, and warehouse racks, and keep equipment in working order.
• Keep accurate daily records of production, inventory, and loading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
