Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Feed Mill Utility Associate to keep the Feed Mill area clean, safe, and operational while assisting with visitor and truck access and the receiving of feed ingredients.

You will log inspections, coordinate routes for trucks on site, and follow all safety protocols. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.
• Ability to follow detailed processes.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, irregular, and extended shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily housekeeping procedures and maintain Feed Mill grounds.
• Control access of staff, visitors and trucks; verify credentials and direct traffic.
• Assist with receiving duties of feed ingredients; log inspections and ensure proper routing.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment; report issues promptly.
