• Learns, demonstrates capability/knowledge, and becomes certified in all feed manufacturing department areas.
• Gains understanding of company systems such as receiving, batching and load out.
• Performs hourly jobs under supervision and becomes certified in each.
• Develops relationships with personnel and management; cultivates leadership skills.
• Maintains forklift operation license and relevant certifications; follows safety procedures.
• Supports environmental compliance and reports issues to supervisor.
