Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Utility Associate for the 2nd shift at the Collins Feed Mill in Mississippi. The role focuses on housekeeping, safety, and smooth traffic flow, including directing trucks and processing deliveries.

You will assist with receiving feed ingredients and ensure logs and inspections are properly recorded, while following all safety and company policies in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.
• Ability to complete required logs and forms.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, irregular hours.

Responsabilités

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning in the Feed Mill and grounds.
• Control access of staff, visitors, and trucks entering the property.
• Review and log inspection paperwork for trucks and direct traffic.
• Assist with receiving duties of feed ingredients as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Participate in emergency protocols as required.
