• Follow FDA regulations and DOT hours of service rules.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 12+ employees.
• Receive ingredients using testing methods/standards and reject nonconforming ingredients.
• Maintain accurate inventories of ingredients and finished feed.
• Manufacture and load-out feed properly with proper sequencing and bins.
• Ensure safety program compliance for all employees and drivers.
• Oversee a delivery operation supporting farm inventories and service techs.
• Maintain facilities and fleet through preventative maintenance and cleanliness.
• Provide animal welfare and biosecurity training and compliance.
• Handle chemicals, vaccines and medications safely.
• Ensure staffing is adequate and regulatory requirements are met.
