NEW Cooperative Inc. is seeking a dependable individual to operate feed manufacturing equipment and process ingredients per formulations and quality guidelines. You will provide related customer services safely and efficiently, supporting multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities include operating batching and loading equipment, maintaining inventory, and upholding quality standards. The role requires safety awareness, strong teamwork, and flexibility for extended hours during busy seasons.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Must be able to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Understand the importance of providing extremely high levels of customer service.
• Possesses basic mathematical and mechanical skills, problem solving capabilities, and understands operational processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Office 365 is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Seasonality of farm supply business and in-season time commitment.
