Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform basic math (percentages, volumes, etc.).
• Ability to read/write clearly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Mix and route feed according to formulas and schedules using batching controller and equipment.
• Coordinate batching schedule with production team to maximize efficiency.
• Complete and maintain logs and documents neatly and accurately.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Follow safety policies and FSMA/GMP regulations.
