NEW Cooperative Inc. seeks a dedicated operator to efficiently run computerized feed manufacturing equipment and provide customer service in a safe, efficient manner.

You will handle batch mixing, inventory, and documentation while adhering to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and mechanical skills; able to read safety instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate batch mixing equipment and load-out equipment per formulations.
• Assist in other location areas as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and clean work areas.
• Document and report as required by QMS and regulatory controls.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor and colleagues.
• Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality.
