Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience with receiving, batching and load-out processes, develop leadership skills, and prepare reports on opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Feed Manufacturing, Nutritional Sciences, or related field, or enrollment.
• Organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Able to work as a team player.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Learns, demonstrates capability/knowledge, and becomes certified in all feed manufacturing department areas.
• Gains understanding of company systems such as receiving, batching and load out.
• Performs hourly jobs under supervision and becomes certified after competence.
• Develops rapport with personnel and management.
• Develops employee management skills.
• Gains experience in leadership processes and challenges.
