Job summary

National livestock company is seeking a Feed Mill Manager to oversee day-to-day production at its cattle-feeding operations. You will drive production growth, hire/train/lead a team of about 20, and manage capital projects.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA/HACCP compliance, and hands-on leadership across the facility. You will also interact with visitors and customers, while mentoring staff and controlling budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years manufacturing experience required (livestock feed or nutrition experience is preferred).
• LEAN, OSHA, HACCP and safety experience preferred.
• Strong communicator and leader.

• Need to be able to motivate and lead people of all levels
• Experience growing a team and improving processes

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary between $100,000-$130,000 with bonus possibility
• Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
