Pilgrim's is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator to support feed production operations in a fast-paced facility. You will manage bulk ingredient handling, operate key processing systems, and assist with inventory and quality control tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and good communication with shifts and supervision. The position involves rotating shifts, manual handling up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, batching, pelleting, ingredient transfer, steam, and compressed air systems to produce quality feed safely.
• Dump bag ingredients into micro system bins and repair damaged bags in the warehouse.
• Record, date, and initial documents and maintain accurate reports.
• Rotate feed and ingredient bins as scheduled and communicate issues to supervision.
• Maintain finished feed inventory and support with sampling for quality control.
