Job summary

Mill is seeking a Feed Manufacturing Operator to join the Feed Business team in Mukilteo, WA. You will work on-site 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts, operating and monitoring processing equipment, handling materials, and recording data with strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and 1+ year in warehouse/manufacturing environments. Pay ranges from $16 to $25 per hour, with benefits separate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work legally in the United States.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• 1+ year in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in required safety programs.
• Inspect inbound material and document findings.
• Operate process equipment and monitor conditions with proper lock-out/tag-out.
• Handle materials and perform lift truck operations for raw materials and finished goods.
• Record production, quality and maintenance data with traceability.
• Identify non-conforming product and quarantine as needed.
• Stand/walk up to 6–8 hours; climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs within 50 yards.
