Job summary

You will coordinate driver workloads, maintain fleet records, ensure biosecurity compliance, schedule maintenance and inspections, and work with the Location Manager to drive departmental performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations for MPS Feed.
• Monitor and improve logistics efficiency and daily production performance.
• Coordinate and assign daily workloads for drivers.
• Maintain records for fuel, licensing, insurance, and registration for fleet units.
• Enforce biosecurity protocols to protect customers and operations.
• Organize and lead monthly safety meetings.
• Support team members and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with outbound feed biosecurity standards.
