Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Cameron, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams at our facility. You will manage maintenance schedules,Safety programs, and daily operations to ensure timely deliveries and quality feed production.

The role requires a BS in a related field, strong leadership, and experience in maintenance, budgeting, and safety compliance. You will coordinate with the Location Facility Manager and production teams to meet customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree; Agricultural, Mechanical, Industrial degree paths preferred.
• Root cause analysis (RCA).
• Lean manufacturing principles.
• Reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
• KPI tracking (MTTR, MTBF, PM).
• Strong sense of Customer Service with internal and external customers.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Dedication to a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast, changing environment.
• Demonstrate leadership by example.
• OSHA or similar safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams.
• Train drivers to uphold the Perfect Delivery Experience.
• Manage Driver HOS exceptions and safety culture.
• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance with mechanics.
• Handle payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and operational reports.
• Implement SOPs for production and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with facility manager and procurement for materials.
