Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist local management in operating the facility and truck fleet. You will oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams, coordinate scheduled maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BS in a relevant field, experience with RCA, lean, and RCM, and the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver reliable service to livestock producers.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Industrial fields.
• Experience applying root cause analysis to equipment and process problems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Ability to track KPIs like MTTR, MTBF, and PM compliance.
• Strong safety mindset and understanding of GMP/OSHA requirements.
• Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist local management in operating and maintaining facility and truck fleet.
• Oversee maintenance, production, and driver teams to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs and repairs.
• Train drivers and staff to uphold the Perfect Delivery Experience initiative.
• Manage safety culture, driver safety messages, and monthly briefings.
• Resolve service issues, routing and planning with customers and staff.
• Prepare operational reports and manage transportation budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality regulations.
• Develop relationships with contractors and suppliers for upkeep projects.
• Oversee inventory of materials, parts, and maintenance supplies.
