Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is hiring for a milling operator to run the feed mill on the 2nd shift in Alabama. The role involves combining feed ingredients per a specified formula to produce a finish product for delivery to farms.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of machine operator experience and demonstrate at least 6 months of continuous work with a single employer in the last 24 months. The position requires the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.

Job Details:

Operate the milling process at a feed mill to combine feed ingredients per a formula to provide a finish product for deliver to farms

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of six (6) months of machine operator experience. Experience may be obtained through one or more employers, provided the combined experience totals at least six (6) months.


• Must have a minimum of six (6) months of continuous work experience with a single employer within the past twenty-four (24) months, regardless of whether the position held was an operator role.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Rehire Criteria:

Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.

Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
