Job summary

PIMCO seeks an experienced Fee Strategy professional to join its team in Newport Beach, CA. You will lead pricing governance, MFN reviews, 15c fee analyses, and sub-advisory fee comparability analyses, collaborating with Legal, Product Strategy, Client Billing, and Fund Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related analytic discipline.
• CFA, MBA, or other advanced financial qualification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in asset management, pricing, or related analytics.
• Strong understanding of investment products and fee structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead MFN review process with fee comparisons and documentation.
• Prepare 15c fee analyses, Board exhibits, and supporting materials.
• Produce sub-advisory fee comparability analyses for funds and institutional clients.
• Coordinate data inputs across multiple sources for fee reporting.
• Maintain Won/Lost/Pending reporting and related analytics.
• Monitor fee trends and provide insights for pricing strategy.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and drive actionable decisions.
• Support automation and AI-enabled improvements in reporting.
