Job summary

PGIM is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to support the Global Fee Billing team within PGIM Fixed Income in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on invoice calculation and preparation for third-party institutional clients, and supporting revenue accrual activities across product data, client management, operations, and finance.

You will review investment management agreements to determine fee terms, set up accounts in Revenue Manager, and assist with monthly accruals and client invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related experience in asset management or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance.
• Experience in Operations, Billing, Reporting, or Finance in institutional investment management is a plus.
• Experience with Envestnet (Revenue Manager), Oracle and Salesforce preferred.
• Familiarity with investment performance reporting and incentive-based fee calculations preferred.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review investment management agreements to determine fee terms for client invoices.
• Set up new accounts in Envestnet Revenue Manager per contracted terms for accurate invoicing.
• Support monthly accruals for third‑party institutional clients via Envestnet Revenue Manager.
• Develop models for performance-based fee calculations.
• Collaborate with account managers to address client fee inquiries.
• Assist with SOX audit preparation by providing information to the external auditor.
• Prepare, review and finalize quarterly/monthly client invoices per contractual terms and timelines.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Identify causes of accrual/billing issues and help resolve them.
• Maintain up-to-date processes and controls for billing and fees.
• Deliver exceptional client service to PGIM’s clients.
• Assist with month-end close and revenue-related responsibilities.
