Qualifications

• 2-5 years related experience, preferably in a similar role focusing on asset management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Previous experience with Envestnet (Revenue Manager), Oracle and Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment performance reporting and calculation of incentive-based fee schedules is preferred.
• Essential skills include strong written communication abilities and attention to detail; candidate must demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be capable of maintaining focus on both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Tableau/Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review investment management agreements to determine fee terms and calculations for client invoices.
• Set up new accounts in Envestnet Revenue Manager according to contracted fee terms for accurate invoicing.
• Support monthly accruals for third party institutional clients via Envestnet Revenue Manager.
• Develop models for custom performance-based fee calculation agreements.
• Partner with account managers to address client fee inquiries.
• Assist with annual SOX audit by gathering information for external auditor.
• Prepare, review and finalize quarterly/monthly client invoices.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and special requests.
• Identify causes of accrual/billing issues and provide prompt resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date processes and controls for customer billing and fees.
• Provide exceptional client service to PGIM's clients.
• Assist with month end close and revenue-related responsibilities.
