Ivy Tech Community College in Columbus, IN is seeking a dedicated Work-Study student to assist the Surgical Technology and Central Service Technician programs with organizing historical student records.
You will scan paper records, label and file electronically, verify completeness, maintain confidentiality under FERPA, and help ensure archives meet accreditation standards. This role supports program administrators and provides hands-on experience in records management.
The Work-Study student will assist the Surgical Technology and Central Service Technician programs with the organization and electronic storage of historical student records. This position will help ensure program records are maintained in an organized, secure, and accessible manner in accordance with College policies and applicable accreditation requirements.
Pay Rate $15.00/hour
