Responsibilities

• Assist at reception, greeting students, faculty and staff entering office.
• Assist staff in day-to-day functions of the Office.
• Provide support on various projects and assignments as needed.
• General office support including filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Adhere to City Colleges of Chicago Customer Services Excellence Standards.
• File and complete paperwork for NJCAA eligibility, enter statistics, internet research.
• Assist in setup of and game administration for home athletic contests.
• Laundry and organization of athletic equipment and practice materials.
• Hours vary; some weekends with athletic contests.
