Job summary

Latitudeinc is seeking an experienced Video Management System (VMS) Engineer to join its team supporting federal customers. The role focuses on IP and analog surveillance, camera networks, and system optimization in complex government environments.

You will troubleshoot, configure, and maintain deployed surveillance technologies and provide Tier 2 engineering support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in video/security/network systems, and an Active Secret

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in video surveillance, security cameras, or network systems.
• Strong networking knowledge and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to federal customers.
• Troubleshoot IP and analog video systems.
• Configure and support networking and camera equipment.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and analyze system issues using structured methods.
• Support and oversee Tier 2 engineering efforts.
• Develop and contribute technical documentation and training materials.
• Participate in meetings and technical briefings.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and field personnel.
