Job summary

Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the VA Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering Services program based in Washington, DC (Hybrid).

The PM will have full contractual and performance responsibility for the task order and serve as the sole point of contact to the COR and VA Program Manager, coordinating an integrated Triumph team with three subcontractor partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience, with strong federal context.
• Federal cybersecurity program management experience required.
• Ability to translate customer requirements to the team and manage scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the COR and VA Program Manager with full accountability for performance.
• Own the Contractor Project Management Plan, delivered within 30 days of award and updated monthly.
• Lead the reporting rhythm: weekly progress reports, quad charts, leadership briefings, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain Staffing Plan and Contractor Staff Roster, updated within one business day of changes.
• Own personnel suitability and onboarding across all four team members (investigations, VA forms, systems access, credentialing).
• Lead the technical kickoff and establish program governance within 30 days.
• Manage subcontractor performance with unified risk register, checklist, and cadence.
