Job summary

Fortis Industries, Inc. DBA - LTS, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for technical roles, with a focus on government contracting.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with hiring managers, manage salary negotiations, and build a strong candidate pipeline across federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working for a government contractor.
• Experience supporting federal proposals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and Recruiting teams.

Overview

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of technical candidates which includes sourcing, recruiting, screening and qualifying candidates to ensure they have the necessary skills, experience and education for open positions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, technical platforms and communities, job fairs and referrals.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers for submitted candidates
