Job summary

B&A is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to support a federal government client and lead all TA activities, providing strategic direction and expertise across recruitment, assessment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have deep federal HR knowledge, strong leadership, and experience managing large-scale hiring programs in intelligence or federal environments. The role requires coordinating with senior officials and supervising a TA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum six years of federal HR or Talent Acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Own contractor talent acquisition for NGA and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Lead recruitment, operations, and assessment activities.
• Ensure contract performance standards and timelines are met, including PAR completion and applicant response times.
• Design and execute the Agency Talent Acquisition Plan and hiring strategy.
• Oversee recruitment marketing and outreach with 150+ events annually and ~100 organizations.
