The U.S. Coast Guard in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, is seeking a Supply Technician at GS-2005-6/7 to support repair and supply functions in the ALC MEDIUM RANGE RECOVERY - MRR PRODUCT LINE.

You will perform logistic management tasks, review requirements, monitor backorders, and assist with funds commitments and survey actions for loss or damage of government property.

Attention to detail and ability to work within government processes will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics management and supply functions.
• Ability to determine the validity of buys and monitor order status.
• Knowledge of backorder awareness and basic funds commitments.

Responsibilities

• Perform limited phases of logistic management supporting repair and supply.
• Review requirements, rework and purchase parts, and commit funds.
• Monitor order status with other agencies and contractors.
