Job summary

Space Dynamics Laboratory in Utah is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to manage a portfolio of federal and commercial subcontracts through all contract phases, from solicitations to closeout. You will ensure compliance with FAR, UCC, ITAR, NASA FAR Supplement, and internal policies while coordinating with sponsors and principal investigators.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of FAR, UCC, NASA FAR Supplement, ITAR and related regulations.
• Experience reviewing contract requirements and flow-down to suppliers.
• Strong communication with sponsors, investigators, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal databases.
• Ability to manage time and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and edits subcontracts and contracting documents.
• Reviews subcontract documents for required clauses.
• Performs pre-negotiation research to support negotiations.
• Processes subcontract invoices and maintains files.
• Ensures proper authorization and signatures; closes out files.
