Job summary

KBR is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator for the Space & Mission Solutions Division. This role will handle a full range of procurement and subcontract administration, including complex subcontracts and TINA-based agreements, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in government and commercial contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or related field; 5–8 years of subcontract administration experience with federal contractor or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute highly complex subcontracts including TINA subcontracts and supplier management.
• Manage daily operation requirements and workflow of government and commercial subcontracts.
• Develop and prepare solicitation documents (RFP, RFQ, Invitational Bid).
• Review subcontract activities for risk and compliance at pre-solicitation and award phases.
• Negotiate price, specifications, delivery dates and terms.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Prepare cost/price analyses and source selection documentation.
• Protect company interests and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate subcontract modifications, change orders and bid/proposal activities.
• Interface with finance, accounting, BD and senior management.
