Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned subcontract professional to manage and administer subcontract awards, task orders, and modifications in line with government regulations and company policies. The role requires coordinating with project managers, procurement, and finance to align strategies with program objectives.

You will review proposals, evaluate pricing and performance history, monitor subcontractor performance, and resolve disputes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of professional experience.
• Experience managing subcontracts under Prime contracts.
• FAR/DFARS, NDA, TA best practices, CPSR compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP and CLM systems; data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and maintain subcontract data and history.
• Identify and resolve complex subcontract issues independently with stakeholders.
• Prepare and administer subcontract awards, task orders, and modifications per regulations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance; address disputes and performance issues.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals based on pricing, capabilities, compliance, and history.
• Collaborate with PMs, procurement, and finance to align strategies with objectives.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, suppliers, and government reps.
• Work with teams to align subcontracting strategies with project goals.
• Share knowledge and provide internal trainings or skills-building insights.
