Job summary

Commonwealth Strategic Solutions Llc is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client-facing workstreams within federal engagements. You will translate ambiguous client needs into structured workplans, manage analytics, and deliver decision-ready recommendations in complex government settings.

You will guide teams from problem definition through implementation, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Master’s degree preferred.
5–8 years of consulting experience; 7+ years relevant experience.
Preferred: experience supporting VA programs or environments.
Public Trust clearance eligibility is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workstreams: set objectives, plan activities, align dependencies, deliver outcomes.
Translate client needs into structured approaches, analyses, and actionable recommendations.
Guide project teams from problem definition to recommendation and implementation.
Develop high-quality client deliverables that are accurate, cohesive, and aligned with objectives.
Create program dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into performance and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, technical, policy, and program teams.
Support proposal sections and growth opportunities within the contract scope.
