Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to coordinate and strengthen trusted partner relationships across DHS, CBP, and other agencies. You will translate stakeholder needs into strategic inputs for governance, planning, and dashboards, working with IT leadership and program teams.

Required is a minimum of 4 years in QA/QC or equivalent, a BS/BA, and the ability to obtain CBP background credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in quality assurance or quality control or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, plans, and records.
• Coordinate interviews, workshops, and briefings with varied stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, and summaries tailored to leadership priorities.
• Elicit and prioritize stakeholder needs and translate into actionable requirements.
