Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to coordinate and strengthen federal engagement, translating stakeholder feedback into actionable inputs for strategic planning and governance dashboards.

The role focuses on CBP CIO programs, DHS partnerships, and collaboration with government and industry stakeholders. Responsibilities include creating engagement plans, facilitating sessions, and producing tailored materials for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control and a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, engagement plans, contact strategies, and relationship records for assigned customer and partner portfolios.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate interviews, working sessions, workshops, briefings, and recurring engagement forums with mission, business, technology, governance, and executive stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, talking points, presentations, meeting summaries, decision records, and follow-up communications tailored to stakeholder needs and leadership priorities.
• Elicit, document, validate, and prioritize stakeholder needs, expectations, pain points, commitments, dependencies, and success measures.
• Translate engagement outcomes into traceable requirements, strategic actions, risks, issues, decisions, and recommendations for the IT Senior Consultant and Government leadership.
• Maintain accurate engagement data and relationship-management dashboards, including stakeholder status, interaction history, commitments, satisfaction indicators, emerging themes, and required leadership actions.
• Coordinate with strategy, policy, data, and visualization personnel to ensure stakeholder insights inform the IT Strategic Plan, governance products, and Power BI-based reporting.
• Identify common themes, relationship gaps, emerging concerns, and opportunities to improve customer transparency, alignment, and trust; prepare concise analyses and recommended actions.
• Track commitments and follow-up actions through closure, escalated delays or barriers, and verify timely responses and outcomes.
• Support expansion of Trusted Partner relationships across DHS and other agencies using repeatable engagement methods and templates.
• Handle stakeholder and Government information with discretion and maintain professional communications.
