Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an experienced Stakeholder and Records Management Analyst to support DHS/CISA International. The role focuses on data entry, records management, and stakeholder tracking to keep engagement databases accurate and compliant.

Primary location is the Government facility in Arlington, VA with potential telework options as required by the agency. Candidates should have 4–8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or 4 extra years of experience)

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry, records management, CRM, or stakeholder tracking in a professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in maintaining accurate records and schedules.
• Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with CRM or stakeholder management platforms is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships and manage information across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update stakeholder contact information, relationship management tools, and engagement databases, capturing details on foreign partners, domestic stakeholders, and interagency counterparts into the agency’s tools.
• Track and manage calendars, working groups, communities of interest, and engagement records with accurate documentation of activities.
• Support records management for international engagements, reports, and other documentation, proposing improvements to systems.
• Generate routine reports and summaries to support situational awareness and planning.
• Input data into CRM systems and other platforms in alignment with agency processes and standards.
